Goddess Kali in Chitrasutra art style

Goddess Kali drawn in the ancient art form of Chitrasutra in her full glory and power. This artwork attempts to invoke in you the devotion towards Maa Kali and become fearsome in the face of all that is evil.
Maa Kali is the symbol of ultimate power and strength who brings this strength to the innocent to destroy the evil. She is the ultimate manifestation of Shakti and as such is worshipped in many households, colonies and even amongst the Tantric sects of India.

Chitrasutra art form is an ancient Indian art form which was created when oral stories from the Puranas would be recorded on paper around 5th century A.D. These stories were later captured in art and paintings which came to be known as the Chitrasutra, few of which are very much present in the Ajanta and Ellora caves.
